the greatest little island on the planet
Welcome to Tobago
The sister isle of Trinidad, often referred to as the little sister due to the size comparison. Tobago is a special place where you feel like you can finally let go and relax. It feels like being transported back to a simpler time.
You won’t find McDonalds, Starbucks, Walmart, Costco or any major retailers here. But what you will find is incredible views from every part of this island, the oldest protected rain forest in the Western hemisphere, children laughing, kites flying, people liming on the sideof the road, goats everywhere, cocricos calling (and right on cue, I can hear them in the background as I write this).
If you come to Tobago, you probably won’t want to leave. That’s how I ended up living here. This blog was created as a means to help others explore Tobago as well as to encourage a deeper connection to nature, no matter where you are.
Dive In
In Tobago, beautiful beaches and bays aren’t reserved for resorts — they’re part of everyday life. Nearly all are free and publicly accessible, from hidden coves to wide, open shores. I’m on a slow mission to explore them all.
